Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY for The Savvy Cactus Co:
We hope that you love your Savvy Cactus custom creations. To offer the best prices, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges at the current time. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us ASAP so we can resolve it for you.
Damaged items can be exchanged if done so within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued. If items are out of stock, store credit will be given. Photos are required as proof of damage. We are welcome to your suggestions, comments, feedback, or better yet anything you want to chat about at savvycactusco.com.
Due to screen difference and different photography lighting we cannot guarantee the colors will be exactly as appear in photos.

Personalized Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then begin the exchange process. Due to the nature of our products, this process may take up to 2-3 weeks. Please allow time for us to provide you with the best work possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and will have your item back to you as time permits.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at savvycactusco@gmail.com and send your item to: 1451 W Dry Rd, Newkirk. Ok US 36078.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
