Shipping policy
SHIPPING:
We will not be able to make changes once your order is placed. Only the address on file will be the address we ship to. Processing time for all other items is 14-21 business days unless otherwise stated. If am item is a PREORDER, please be aware that we cannot control the shipping of the item to us. Once an order is placed, if placed separately from another, they will ship separately. All items are handmade to order and we do not carry a large inventory. Sometimes, things are out-of-stock online or inventory is low on the supplier's end. We will do everything possible to get your item to you as quickly as possible.
Post office delivery errors are not the responsibility of The Savvy Cactus Co. If for some reason a package that you did not receive shows delivered, please contact your local post office as they would be the best place to locate your package. Be sure to check your items when they arrive for you must report any issues within three days of receiving. Also, since all of our products are hand packaged and due to human error, order mistakes can happen. If you receive the incorrect order or have something missing please contact us via email and we will get it sorted out for you
Tracking is emailed to you given that you provide your email during the checkout process. The address you put in at check out, is the address we are shipping to. No exceptions. If you put in the wrong address you will need to request your order be cancelled and you will need to place a new order with the correct address.
