You will remember the day you discovered this great all-purpose chicken rub. Rubs are a great way to add flavor to meat. Rubs almost always contain salt because salt amps up the flavor and helps form a crust. You can put a rub right on the bare meat or you can help it stick by moistening the meat with some water, mustard, ketchup, or cooking/olive oil. We recommend cooking/olive oil because it helps keep the meat from sticking to your cooking surface and because most of the herbs and spices are oil soluble, not water soluble. We start with the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and spice (heat) to give you what we consider to be the Ultimate Chicken Rub!! Remember to cook your chicken low and slow, sugar will start to burn when you cook at a high temperature. ENJOY!

DIRECTIONS: Lightly oil the meat. spread the rub generously on your chicken. You can apply it just before cooking, no need to let it marinate overnight.
